Critically examine the requirement for special purpose vehicle (SPV) Project
Financing of a large complex infrastructure or similar type projects.
In your discussion you should consider:
• The requirements for a robust Business Case
• The reasons and advantages for using an SPV for such projects
• The Project Financing process, examining the key aspects and pitfalls in the
process
• Sustainability aspects that may be necessary in such projects.
Use suitable examples from the literature or projects with which you are familiar in order to
