Question 1: In a rapidly changing global scenario, what is the contribution of organizational
behavior in the field of management and in enhancing individual organization’s effectiveness
explain with examples.
Question 2: Suppose you are HR Manager in a telecom service provider company and your
company’s Market share is declining and employee turnover is high, top management want to
increase market share in rural as well as in urban area, as an HR Manager how you will manage
employee retention and motivate your employees to increase market share.
