Intervention and discuss different types of interventions. Briefly describe
comprehensive interventions and their relevance.
4. Describe various reasons for
resistance to change. Discuss different ways by which resistance to change can
be handled. Discuss with reference to an organization how change process has
taken place and handled resistance to change. Briefly describe the organization
you are referring to.
5. Discuss the reasons for the
process change to occur. Illustrate any one of these processes with reference
to an organization where this process was used and it’s effectiveness. Briefly
