the other?
Ques. 2 Explain four installation strategies: direct, parallel, single-location, and phased

Section-B
Case Study:
Xpick is Courier Company that wants to revolutionize the courier industry by providing augmented services to its customers. A part of the initiative is to automate process and use scientific techniques for route planning. Xpick has customers that include both individual and corporate. They are located at different places making it difficult to optimize route for pickup of couriers. Further, Xpick plans to step up an online software pickup facility that would allow Xpick to scientifically plan its pickup route. Customers will be required to enter the location of their pickup of parcels in an online system. The online system would have a defined cutoff period usually around 4.30 PM. All the requests received will be stored in a database. An optimization module will then calculate the least path of travel covering all the destinations and give the detail of the path to the driver of the pickup Van. In addition for urgent pickups a SMS facility has been integrated in the online system that allows customers to SMS important couriers after 4.30 PM, if the pickup Van is in vicinity of that area.
5. Case Questions:
a) Assuming that a feasibility study needs to be conducted for such a system, describe the process of conducting a feasibility study for the same.
b) What are the various factors that you consider while conducting the feasibility study?
c) Draw the class diagrams for such a process.
d) Draw use case for this case. Identify the actors in this case.
